Acerola is a small South American fruit also known as the ‘Barbados Cherry’. A teaspoon of Acerola powder adds a wonderfully tart, super-fruity addition to your smoothie, juice or shake. It is also extremely high in Vitamin C which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use: 
1g - 2g (1/4 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or added to a delicious smoothie. Acerola should not be used as an alternative for a varied and balanced diet.
Recipe Idea: 
Acerola Fruity Smoothie 
1 small banana, peeled
1/2 cup strawberries (or soft fruit)
1/4 tsp Greens Organic Acerola Powder
1 apple, cored
1/2 cup of coconut water (or water)
Blend all of the ingredients together, pour into a glass, sit back, relax and enjoy.
